Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection on all orders for added peace of mind. If you choose to opt out of this protection at checkout, Brunae Body will not be liable for any orders that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit, unless the carrier is at fault.

In our shipping capacity, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of them being placed. Please see your email inbox for updates and notifications related to your order. 

For Australian orders, please allow up to 2-9 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch, for standard shipping. For express shipping, please allow up to 1-3 business days. We use Australia Post as our shipping method. Please note standard delivery Australia wide is free.

For USA orders, orders are shipped directly from the USA. We expect orders to arrive in around 2-5 days from dispatch, for standard shipping. For express shipping, generally takes about 1 -2 days from dispatch. Prices are exclusive of Sales Tax

For UK orders, orders now shipped directly from the UK. We expect orders to arrive in around 2-3 days from dispatch, for standard shipping. For express shipping, generally takes about 24 hours from dispatch. Orders are generally shipped with Royal Mail. All prices inclusive of VAT.

For EU orders, please allow 4–7 business days from dispatch to receive your order. We generally ship via Royal Mail from the UK. All orders are inclusive of VAT, which we collect and remit through the EU’s IOSS system.

Please note: as of July 1, 2025, the EU has removed the duty exemption for low-value goods, meaning customs duties may apply to all orders regardless of value. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the point of delivery. All returns are the expense of the customer.

UAE and Saudi Arabia orders: please allow around 7-14 business days from dispatch to receive your order. We use FedEx (shipped from the UK) for shipping into the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The customer is required to pay for duties and taxes on these orders, in AED or SAR upon receival of the parcel.
