1. General Return Policy
Brunaé Body™ will accept refunds or replacement requests provided the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery and meet the conditions outlined below.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition. It must not have been used and must not show any signs of wear or damage, including the packaging/box. If the packaging is damaged in any way, or if the product has been opened or used, you will not be entitled to a refund (unless claiming under our Money-Back Guarantee).

Shipping Protection: Brunaé Body offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or misdelivery. If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Brunaé Body is unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@brunaebody.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear images of the item as received and the fault in question.

Once our team has reviewed and confirmed eligibility, Brunaé Body reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue either a full refund or a replacement product.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns & Unclaimed Orders

Change of Mind: We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original re-sellable condition with packaging intact. For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Please email support@brunaebody.com for return shipping details.

Unclaimed / Return to Sender: Orders that are unclaimed or returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the item is safely received back at our warehouse.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
Our Deeper, Darker, Faster Guarantee
If you don't see a noticeable improvement in your natural tan after 2 or more uses of our Accelerating Tanning Oil or Intensive Tanning Balm, we will refund your purchase.
Eligibility & Conditions:

Timeframe: The claim must be submitted to support@brunaebody.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Process: To make the process easy for you, the Brunaé Body team will organize and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Goods must be shipped back using this label within 7 days of receiving it.

Shipping Cost Deduction: While we organize the logistics for your convenience, the cost of this return shipping label will be subtracted from your final refund amount.

Quantity Limits: If multiple units or items were purchased, the guarantee applies to one opened unit only. Any additional units must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Frequency Limit: Strictly one guarantee claim per customer.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be issued.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If your item does not meet our return inspection criteria (and does not qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee), a refund will not be issued.
